BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) supplies electricity to South and West Delhi, including Dwarka, Janakpuri, Vasant Kunj, Saket, Mehrauli, Uttam Nagar and surrounding localities.
To register a complaint, call 19123 which is available 24 hours. For billing disputes and written complaints, email rajdhani@bsesdelhi.com with your CA Number (Consumer Account Number printed on your electricity bill), your registered address and a clear description of the issue. Note down the complaint reference number you receive.
BSES Rajdhani is regulated by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC). Under DERC norms, power must be restored within 4 hours for urban areas under normal fault conditions. Billing disputes must receive a written response within 15 days.
If BRPL does not resolve satisfactorily, approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) for Rajdhani which is established under DERC and free to approach. Contact details are at bsesdelhi.com. The next escalation is the DERC Ombudsman at derc.gov.in.
Before filing, keep ready: CA Number, latest electricity bill copy, outage dates or billing period in dispute, meter photos if applicable and all previous complaint reference numbers.
