HMWSSB (Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board) provides water supply and sewerage services across Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Cyberabad, Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri areas within GHMC limits. Common complaints include no water supply, low pressure, contaminated water, pipeline leakage, sewer overflow and water billing disputes.
To file a complaint, call 155313 (24 hours) or toll-free 1800-425-0245. Email hmwssb@hmwssb.gov.in with your Consumer Number (on your HMWSSB water bill), property address, colony name and a description of the issue. Online complaint registration is available at <a href="https://www.hmwssb.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">hmwssb.gov.in</a>. Note the complaint reference number.
HMWSSB operates under the Government of Telangana. Water supply and sewerage complaints are handled within the timelines set by HMWSSB operational guidelines.
If HMWSSB does not resolve satisfactorily, escalate to the HMWSSB Grievance Redressal Cell.
