TSNPDCL is regulated by <a href="https://tserc.gov.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">TSERC (Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission)</a>. Billing disputes must receive a written reply within 15 days. If TSNPDCL does not resolve satisfactorily, approach the TSNPDCL Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF). Further escalation is to the Electricity Ombudsman of Telangana — contact at tserc.gov.in.
