Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) supplies electricity to North and Northwest Delhi, including Rohini, Pitampura, Model Town, Civil Lines, Shalimar Bagh, Saraswati Vihar, Paschim Vihar and Wazirpur Industrial Area.
To register a complaint, call 19120 which is available 24 hours, or call 011-49509090. For billing disputes and written complaints, email customercare@tatapower-ddl.com with your CA Number (Consumer Account Number on your bill), registered address and complaint details. You can also register complaints at tatapower-ddl.com under Customer Care. Save your complaint reference number.
TPDDL is regulated by DERC (Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission). Power must be restored within 4 hours for urban areas under normal fault conditions and billing dispute responses are due within 15 days, as mandated by DERC.
If unresolved, approach the Tata Power DDL Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) at tatapower-ddl.com. Further escalation is to the DERC Ombudsman at derc.gov.in.
