TRAI billing dispute regulations के अनुसार Airtel को clear billing errors के लिए 4 working days में और complex disputes के लिए 10 दिनों में investigate और respond करना होता है। अगर bill गलत लगे तो आपको undisputed amount pay करते हुए disputed amount रोकने का अधिकार है, और investigation period के दौरान केवल disputed amount के लिए Airtel service disconnect नहीं कर सकती।
