Airtel Xstream Fiber is Airtel's home broadband and FTTH service available in over 900 cities across India. Common complaints include: internet not working or connection dropping frequently, slow speed compared to subscribed plan, router not connecting or showing red light, IP TV or Xstream Box issues, incorrect monthly bill, installation delay for new connection, and service technician not visiting on time.
To file a complaint, call 198 from your Airtel registered mobile number (free). From a non-Airtel number, call toll-free 1800-103-4444. Email appellateauthority@in.airtel.com with your Airtel account number (on your broadband bill), registered address and mobile number, description of the issue and relevant dates. Complaints can also be raised through the Airtel Thanks app under Help or at <a href="https://www.airtel.in/broadband/contact-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">airtel.in/broadband</a>. Note the complaint reference number.
Under TRAI quality of service regulations for broadband providers, billing complaints must be responded to within 4 working days and resolved within 15 working days. Speed complaints must be addressed within 3 working days. If unresolved, escalate to Airtel's Appellate Authority at appellateauthority@in.airtel.com or call 12133 from your Airtel number.
